Melaccio; oltre a sopra iniziale piano il M. due Mani ed all’estrema forza conservatrice il Noia dei Tre Signori. Al cuore giu del vicenda Leonardo disegno il spazio in mezzo a il Legnone addirittura la Grigna boreale, chiaro dal astro del imbrunire, evidenziando le pareti del Pietra Purosangue ed del Lapide dei Carbonari, per egli ben note. Sopra alto a forza conservatrice del facciata sinon riconosce la piramide del P. Arera. Cfr. fig. 4, 5, 13.

The subjects of this drawing, RL 12410, sometimes attributed sicuro Monviso and more frequently puro M. Cerchia, refer con reality puro the Lombard Prealps. Well recognizable per the central visione, with the sunlight coming from the left, after the slightly drawn P. Stella, the Cornizzolo, the M. Rotondo, and the M. Melaccio; more durante the foreground the M. paio Mani and puro the extreme right the Mortorio dei Tre Signori. At the center bottom of the sheet Leonardo drew the stretch between the Legnone and the northern Grigna, illuminated by the setting sun, highlighting the walls of the Lapide Cavalcatura and Pietra dei Carbonari, well known to him. At the culmine right of the sheet is the pyramid of P. Arera.

The Lombard Prealps observed from the west bank of the river Adda, 2 Km upstream of Trezzo, are the main subject of this sheet, RL 12414. From the right we can recognize the Albenza, Caterva Capitale, Resegone, Grignone with its smooth Qualora slope and the rough Grignetta with the serrated Segantini ridge profile.
